Hello Alex,
ReplyDeleteYou have showed some really go examples of grit and perseverance. Congratulations on your achievement in Tennis. I bet that was a good feeling. Good on you for not giving up. Maybe next time you could explain what girt and perseverance means. Yes, I have used grit and perseverance. I was determined to get fit, so everyday I would get up early and go for a walk, then it became a run. At the start I didn't enjoy it, it was hard, I was really ready just to give up. But I said to myself "you've got this far, keep on going", so I did and then I ended up doing a running race. I was happy that I hadn't given up. Did you end up completing the puzzle, or is it still a work in action?
Hi Alex,
ReplyDeleteI too can relate to the come back in tennis! Isn't it satisfying? Jigsaws are another of my favourite activities, have you done a Wasjig? They are quite tricky. I like the idea of organising your time well, so that you can get to do other things. How have you been passing the time, aside from school work?
Thanks for sharing.
Mrs Ferguson
