The small shoemaker part 5


Mr Bottle spent a long time ringing a bell and holding a sign that was saying 20% off. Nobody came to him so he tried 60% off and only got a couple customers. So he tried a 95% off and got no customers; he was so tired, so distressed, so exasperated. However a paper came in from Mr Ripout and he picked it up and said in a whisper (I am going to do something devious) so he created a pair of gold  glittering shoes gold like a earrings  , and  put  them  in  a  box  and  delivered it  to  Mr   Ripout and  he snipped the  box out of  Mr  Botte’s  hands and  opened  it.

Meyer Gouda Cheese is a family business operating on a dairy farm in Hamilton.
Meyer uses a large open vat processing up to 5000 litres of milk per batch.
Bacterial culture is added to the milk in the vat at 29 °C to acidify the milk. 
When the coagulum is firm – it shows a clean break when tested – cutting blades stir
through the coagulum to cut it into small pieces.
When the curds are small enough, which they test by feeling the curd size in their
hands, the cutting attachments are changed for stirring attachments.
When the curds are firm enough – Meyer’s old and vintage Goudas require a firmer
curd than their milder cheeses – they are compressed to squeeze out more whey and
help them bind together.
When the moulded cheese has reached the required pH, which is indicated by the
cheese becoming more yellow, it is immersed in a brine solution. 
 After removing the cheeses from the brine and allowing them to dry overnight, they’re
coated with ‘cheese coat’ – a food-grade substance imported from Holland. 
The coated cheeses are placed on shelves in a maturing room.
When the cheese has reached the required maturity, it is vacuum packed and placed
in cool storage at 4 °C.

Bao chunk one


Mum sets out the food and mum and dad both open the lids.
They both eat one steam bun until dad looks at his watch and
shoves everything into his mouth rapidly. Mum didn't care she
had another steam bun and the steam bun was real so she
spat the steam bun out frightening. She bent over to look at it and
she picked it up wondering what was going on. She hugged it
and gave it a name Boa.

The present chunk 1

With one glare Jake threw Baxter on the ground because he only had three legs.
The puppy was rolling all over the ground and saw a ball. He bumped his head on
the cupboard and then got the ball and ran to Jake so he could play but Jake
kicked Baxter away from himself. But Baxter still was playing, staying and swaying
on the ground. Jake kicked the ball away into a box and Baxter chased after the
ball into the box and the box fell on top of him.

Jake chuckled but he did not like the puppy so he went back on his video game.
